Good Vibes Only - Palo Santo Smudging Bundle
Description
Palo Santo, or «holy wood» in Spanish, comes from the Bursera Graveolens tree and has been revered in South America for centuries for its spiritual healing and uplifting qualities. While sage removes negativity, Palo Santo brings positivity. Additionally, its smoke promote good vibes, creativity, and inspiration, and its stimulating aroma is excellent for meditation since it promotes calm and relaxing vibes.
About Palo Santo
Palo Santo sticks come from trees that die naturally. During this decomposition process, the tree is compressed, secreting its oil and acquiring its medicinal and aromatic properties.
Our bundles come with 3 to 5 Palo Santo Sticks.
How to Use
Open a window when you smoke indoors so the energy can flow away. Once you’ve cleansed a space and the stagnant energy has been dispelled, for example, using sage, the room is left with a vacuum. At this point, filling the area with the power of love and white light is essential. You don’t want your space filled with random energy that floats around, right?!
To start the ritual, take a moment to express gratitude and set your intention for the practice. Next, open the windows to let in fresh air and positive energy. Light the incense stick and watch the flame dance for 20 seconds before extinguishing it. Now, take the smoking stick and waft the fragrant smoke around yourself and the corners of your room. Be sure to smoke any objects you wish to purify for at least 30 seconds, and then place the used incense stick in a ceramic dish or shell once you are finished. Remember not to extinguish the stick with water, which can damage the Palo Santo. Each stick can last up to 10 to 15 uses so that you can enjoy the benefits of this purifying ritual for a long time.

Benefits
Smudging, the ritual burning of holy herbs or wood, is done to clear a space or person of negative energies. If, for example, your home feels stale or sad, if an argument has taken place and the air still hums with anger, or if unpleasant power lingers after a visitor, these are times to smudge. One may also smudge oneself to banish anger, ailment, sadness, or illness.
Our physical eyes can’t perceive the toxins and energies floating in the air, but our physical, emotional, and soul bodies can feel them. So, by burning wood or incense, as the ancients did, we can purify our spaces, bodies, auras, and all crystals we store.
