Sage, Lime Blossom, Sunflower, Rosemary, Essential Oils (Lemon Balm, Frangipani, Rosemary), Lapis Lazuli, Water, Alcohol.

This spray is a loving reminder of how powerful and rich in resources you are. When we are balanced and centred, we are naturally connected to our inner wisdom and intuition. If we are present at the moment and practise mindfulness, the nervous system can shut down, the body relaxes, and our self-healing powers are activated.

How to use an aura spray

Whenever you need to restore your centre, refind balance and regain intuition. 

Close your eyes. Inhale, exhale and allow your mind to be in the present. Breathe in and out and allow your mind to arrive in the present. Gently shake the bottle to mix the essential oils. Spray twice to five times over your head around you. Inhale, exhale and feel the energy change. Repeat as needed.  You can also use it to cleanse the energy of objects (like second-hand items), furniture (like a hotel bed) or rooms.

To prolong shelf life, keep it in a cool place, away from direct sunlight – in your handbag, for example.
